Our Poiré is considered one of the best perry ciders available on the market. The production of this cider is carried out using traditional methods of pressing and fermentation.
The pears are carefully selected from Norman pear trees to guarantee the quality of the pear juice used. This juice is then bottled for a natural fermentation of the juice, which gives this perry cider a unique sparkle.
This perry is made up of 12 varieties of pear, mainly white pear, Vinot, Antricotin and belle-verge, mainly from century-old pear trees.
This perry is delicate and refined, distinguished in particular by the finesse of its bubbles, the purity of its aromas and its tangy finish which subtly balances the natural sugar of the pear. It is perfect as an aperitif and goes very well with shellfish, fish and chocolate desserts. This sparkling drink is also ideal to accompany your pancakes, especially at Candlemas.
This perry is available in 33cl and 75cl bottles for all needs.
