100% of our products are ready to ship worldwide from Chateau Sassy located in Normandy.

All orders placed before 11am are prepared and shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays). After 11 a.m., orders are processed and shipped the next day.

The orders are then collected by our partner carriers to take the road to your shipping address. You will receive an email notification with your order tracking number.

We deliver worldwide and the average delivery times vary depending on the destination as well as the shipping method selected, you can have the details on our deliveries page.

We offer standard, express, or relay point delivery.

🇬🇧 In mainland France, standard delivery will allow you to receive your package in just 48 to 72 hours. With express delivery it will only take 24 to 48 hours.

For the rest of the world we also deliver quickly in 2 to 6 days depending on the country, you can see the details by visiting our deliveries page.

International and Overseas delivery : we take care of the customs clearance of your order and the payment of customs duties and other taxes (including dock dues)!
