This top quality sparkling apple juice, is made by hand-picking the apples and meticulously selecting the best fruits for pressing.
Loam and clays soil – The proximity to the forest gives the apple a distinctive acidity (due to the terroir), reduced by the sweetness of the loam and clay soil.
5 varieties of organic apples, essentially sweet (Doux Normandie, Douce Coetligne, Frequin, Doux Veret de Carrouges, Rouge Duret).
