Cidre Brut
Perfect balance between the tradional dry taste of a cidre brut and the fruitiness of a semy-dry cidre. Smooth effervescence, full-bodied with apple and leather aroma, subtle balance between acidity, bitterness and roundness.

Cidre Rosé

Cidre Organic
Made from 100 % organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy.
A subtle and well-balanced semi-dry organic cider. A fruity hit with notes of « terroir » in the front of the mouth, giving a reminder of the Norman origins of the product. It goes perfectly with soft pasta, cheese and white meats.

Cidre Extra-Brut
An extra-dry farmhouse style cider with a rustic but clean nose. This hand-crafted recipe was inherited from the cider served at the Château de Sassy for generations.

Calvados Fine
Calvados fine is aged for at two years in oak barrels giving it structure, complexity and a sophisticated finish. A fresh, young and vibrant Calvados with green apple aromas, best served in cocktails or on its own over ice. Santé.

Calvados XO
This Calvados XO has aged for a minimum of 6 years in oak barrels, to give it the colour, structure and a sophisticated
finish. Stewed apple aromas, nutmegs and notes of cocoa adds complexity to this exceptional Calvados. Best served as a digestif neat or with ice.
